Dr. Loren Due a survivor/over comer of childhood sexual abuse, incest, rape and molestation. Dr. Due was 4 or 5 years-old when he was raped by his teenage brother and his father and molested by his older sister and father. His father was an ordained Pentecostal Elder. You may ask…where his mother was; she worked 2 and sometimes 3 jobs to keep food on the table and a roof over their heads. His father worked odd jobs; mostly as a janitor. Other times he was off running revivals and trying to build a church.
The Lord has brought healing and deliverance in his life by blessing him to forgive and love his dad who is deceased, his brother who is a pastor and his sister who is almost 20 years older than him. In 2006, 60 years after he was born Dr. Due received a breakthrough that Jesus loves him and that he can love himself, his wife and others. In the words of Dr. Due…”I am learning to really love”. Pain is not for life is one of Dr. Due’s favorite sayings.
